We meet with 8 friends every two months for a gourmet supper club. All of us love to cook and eat. We all take turns preparing different courses and we go all out. Last night we had an appetizer of thai chicken with red chilis on shoestring potatoes, 5 spice duck with pomegratate jus, and fruit cornucopia with custard and raspberry coulis.
